PAYMENT POLICY

20 % advance (Nonrefundable) on booking can be paid by credit card (master, visa) or account transfer. Remaining 80 % cash on arrival. You can book directly from apartment owners, bypassing agent/middleman. Booking can be made over telephone or by email.

We are confident that you will live with complete relaxation, leave with cherished memories & definitely give us opportunity to welcome you as our repeat guest.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• You should submit original ID proof (passport, identity card, pan card, driving license etc)
   
• Refundable Rs. 1000/ as a security deposit will be collected at the time of check in for reimbursement of any damage or lost items.
   
• Valuable belongings are to be kept in room only at your own risk.
   
• Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed.
   
• Smoking is allowed only in balcony.
   
• No drugs please.
   
• Do not disturb others’ privacy.
   
• Pl inform Manager / Owner 1 hr prior to the agreed arrival time to avoid inconvenience.

Though BBN is situated in the campus of MN Resort, it is no way connected to it.
